I went in with limited background knowledge on bike parts and maintenance but wanting to learn. Seth was very helpful and walked me through what things I could work on myself and he did a few things in the shop that I wouldn't have tools for (but still showed me what he was doing). Definitely will be going back.
Went to check out bike options since I am eager to start riding a bike again. It has been a long time and a lot has changed. I described to Ostap, sales and service guy, what I was looking for. He shared a lot of knowledge with me and took the time to find a bike that was right for me. Great customer service.
Honest, fair, and friendly knowledgable staff. After dealing with numerous other bike shops and having horrible experiences I always keep going back to these guys. Also they have a large selection of bikes and parts at fair prices. Def my favorite place around central CT for sure!!!
I moved into the area last year and started going here. I've been in maybe 5 times and each time I had a great experience. Most recently, they sold me some slick carbon fiber wheels for below market price and replaced my 2 derailleur cables. Now she shifts like a dream and rolls a little easier. Thanks guys, great job!
I had an excellent experience at Pedal Power Berlin. I purchased a trainer. After using it a couple of times I was not satisfied with the resistance range. When I called the shop to see if I could exchange it for another model they told me no problem, and bring my bike this time so I could test all the models in the showroom. They spent time setting up all the different models of trainers for me to test. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy one over another and in the end I was able to get what I was originally looking for. Thanks Guys! I Love the new location too.
