My family and I have been going there for nearly a year now. While I will agree the service is not super fast, this is the type of place we enjoy taking our time and enjoying the atmospher. I am more of New York style pizza person but the pizza here is phenominal! It is thicker than I am used to and almost looks like lasagna but it is great in my opinion! Plus they do not skimp on the toppings and it is the one place I do not have to ask for extra cheese.This has become my favorite place for pizza and always look forward to going there. Our typical night is pizaa and buffalo wings which the wings and blue cheese are great too. We have had the grinders and many other meals and never been disappointed. We really enjoy just relaxing, having a few drinks and sitting by the pellet stove. If your looking for great food and a place to slow down and relax this is it!
The salads were small for the price, 7 bucks for a medium to go container moderately packed with lettuce and tomatoes and not much else...
Overall, quite disappointed with the service and the speed at which the food came out. We went on a Saturday and they were plainly understaffed.
The main dining area is maybe 20 tables, it was half full, and no server to be seen.
Apparently we were ordering at the counter... would have been nice to know that, as this place isn't set up like a counter serve...
The pizza was redeeming, it was very good when we finally got it. But I won't come back and wait 45 minutes for it.

This place has been consistently bad. We've kept giving them chances because the food is always decent but the service has been terrible every time. Ordered a b.l.t. With mayo and "everything that says comes on it on the menu". Got no mayo or anything that the menu says comes on it. Come on pine loft! Basic stuff here, get it together. You've lost a loyal customer.
Once we placed the order we waited 45 minutes for two salads and a pizza...
We had a coworker retirement party and everything was fantastic.
