Great experience. The staff is nice and professional. I brought my car for an oil change and a recall. I waited in the clients' lounge while the job was done and it took them the exact amount of time they said. I will definitely come back.
Very satisfied with buying my 2010 Ford Mustang GT at tasca! I’m very happy with the car and it’s so much fun to drive. I also want to give a shout out to my salesperson Robin for helping me find the mustang that was right within my price range.
Taska Ford Service is hands down the best. I called late in the day, during a severe cold snap, to schedule a replacement of a battery. The service manager said they could do it the same day using their "Fast Lane Service". I was in and out in less than an hour.
Purchasing my car was a very good experience. Pricing was very fair and no high pressure for "the sale". Salesman Marco Ortiz was very helpful and considerate throughout the process and sought to provide any assistance or information I required. Steve Lucas was also very professional and efficient handling the financing paperwork so there were no "hoops to jump through". Very happy with my car and the buying process because of these 2 gentlemen!
Definitely want to share our family's great experience with Tasca Ford. Not only did we buy the car we were looking for, we bought a second one from them while we were searching. At our first drive by visit, Colin was incredibly personable and helpful in answering questions for us. Never was there a sense of pressure and we felt very comfortable. We submitted a request online and Courtney was very helpful in reaching out with information on cars we were interested in via the internet. When we arrived for an actual test drive, we were pointed to Robin who was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel incredibly comfortable in everything that she did and truly embodied the ideal of a consultative sales person. Colin was the reason we came back to the dealership; Robin was the reason we stayed and purchased two vehicles. She was super helpful in understanding the needs of our growing family and got us in a perfect set of vehicles. Additionally, Steve in the finance area was incredibly helpful and the most personable auto finance individual we've ever dealt with. If we could give Tasca more than 5 stars, we would. We will definitely recommend our friends and will definitely be back for service there.
