The credit card swipes mostly dont work in the bays.
You could not pay me to go back to this so called car wash. Do NOT waste your time or money on such a rip off. If I could give this zero stars I would. The credit card readers do not work and they only accept 1's 5's and 10's for cash. I tried multiple credit cards and they all stated bad read. The so called soft touch wash is absolutely horrible. Just sitting there watching and listening you can tell that it is anything but soft to your vehicle's paint finish. Although I did not go through the touchless wash I could see from waiting in the long line that that it was not effective in washing any vehicles either as it was not even getting all of the dirt off. I am positive that this so called soft touch wash added scratches to my truck. I am highly dissapointed in such a poorly operated rip off business and discourage anyone from going regardless if using handheld, automatic soft touch, or touchless. Meanwhile what would appear to be the one staff member and likely owner is just aimlessly walking around on his phone without any care to what is going on. There are many other car washes around that actually wash your vehicle effectively and efficiently for a reasonable price. I am not sure such a half assed operation such as this one stays in business though. Hopefully by getting the word out more first time visitors like myself will avoid the damage to their vehicle and save their precious time and money rather than waste it. Below I attached images that don't do a justice but show how poorly my truck was washed and also shows some of the scratches that I know were not there prior to visit.
Went to this place twice and the touch less is TERRIBLE. It's like it didn't do anything at all. Owner is either never there or sits in his office and doesn't care. Save you time and money and go somewhere else.
The automatic brush wash works great, very clean facility
Put a 5 in for the manual car wash. After one minute, just enough time for me to coat my car in soap, it shuts off. All I have is a 10 left on me, no attendant for change, NO ATTENDANT to fix the malfunction for me, my 5 dollar "good deal" f***ed me after I had to spend 15, or drive home with soap flying off my car. Probably how they stay in business. PISSED and I will never go back. Bring back Rainbow Carwash THANKS
