After the new owners bought the business it has gone down hill. The New owners are very rude and have no customer service skills. They do not have my cat food when i come in even when they tell me they have ordered it.
Do not believe the bad reviews that you see here! The latest owners were just getting their "sea legs", so to speak, and have never been rude to me as they have learned and grown in this business. There are 3 adorable "resident cats" who greet me each time I am there, a sweet rabbit and, now, a small, cute dog. I find the place warm and friendly and, when I cannot find a certain product, Joyce goes out of her way to order it for me.

Great customer service each time I call. I am surprised by some of the bad reviews as I NEVER had a bad experience. One of the only carriers of CoolStance grain in the state. Very very good service.
Don't bother asking them to order dog food. They are not very computer savvy. I inquired about ordering Raw Victory Dog food which everyone in CT seems to know about except these folks because it was close to where I work. The personnel told me I would get a call. I got a call five days after the fact. Not only that but the lady called me just to aggravate me. She told me to go directly to the manufacturer and buy it because she did not want to be bothered and scolded me for suggesting it. . ............ why bother to call back at all? Bad Customer service and no people skills. It's not that I don't know where I can get it. It was just more convenient to get it there. Bad business. I got treated like a killed a family member or something.
Joyce (owner) is very rude and harsh. The places feels so cold and unwelcomed when you walk in. I am very disappointed because i have been going there for almost 12 years and now I will be doing my business elsewhere.
