I have been here twice already. First time for an oil change and the second for an emissions test. The service is fast, friendly, and reliable. No tricks and pricing is fair. If you need anything done, this is the place to go!
Took my Trailblazer in to Kensington Auto because we noticed a small oil leak. They said it was the rear main seal so we had them repair it. Got the vehicle back and we were still seeing oil drips in our driveway, so the shop took it in and repaired it without charging us. We still noticed it was leaking and the shop said it might just be spilled fluid from the repair. So we took the car in for the next oil change and asked them to look at the same leak which they repaired. He told us it was not the rear main seal leaking anymore but now the transmission is leaking. They charged us $25 to look at the leak and put leak detecting dye, even though this was a result of the repair they performed. Justin told me they would have to remove the transmission to see what was leaking and that it was probably the transmission pump. He quoted us $1000 just to take the transmission off and look at it. Why are you charging me when you removed the transmission to fix my rear main seal and the transmission wasn't leaking before I brought you our vehicle? He didn't want to hear it and said to bring it in in a few days. Well I decided to have my mechanic friend look at it and he agreed it was Kensington Autos fault if the transmission is leaking, and they probably tore the torque converter seal. After that I power washed the fluid under the vehicle to see if it was just residual fluid from a sloppy repair and hoping that's the case since I haven't seen a leak in a few days. If it is still leaking and the shop doesn't agree to fix it at no cost, we will have our lawyer get involved. Either way, I will not recommend this shop to anyone, nor will we take our vehicles to Kensington Auto ever again.
Went here for a transmission oil change. A couple of hours later I received a call saying my transmission wasn't shifting properly after oil change was performed. I was quoted $2800 for a used transmission. Couldn't even make it home that's how bad the transmission was slipping after they change the oil. So frustrating because everything was working fine before. After paying them for their work and tow bill, now I also need a new transmission. Will never come here again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I always bring my 1986-1995 Mercedes Cars to have emission done. Workers here take extra time and care to make sure the car is tested well and all things plug in correctly as on these older cars its more of a challenge getting read outs from the motor. The parming is full of customer cars this means thet do a good job and people come back time after time. Honest familly business. Recomended by me a owner of a similar business with no testing equipment of my own.
