Reasonably priced modest travel lodge. If you're passing through the area and need a place to stay for a night Best Western Plus New England Inn & Suites has nice room amenities with single cup coffee maker, microwave, and large fridge, ironing equipment and hair dryer. I found our king size bed lacking significant support as a 300lb person. The complementary breakfast was very nice with onsite hot food (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon), pastries, cereal, and a waffle maker. 24 hr brewed coffee was a plus if like my wife you're not a fan of single cup coffee makers. Didn't use the pool or fitness center during our stay so not much to say about those.
Comfortable beds. Odd, small pillows but comfortable. Mediocre free breakfast. Bathroom could be cleaner. Sheets and bedding were clean. Surprisingly quiet being so near the Berlin Turnpike. Room attendants knock on door at 9am. Staff friendly. A bit over-priced.
We stayed here for 4 nights for a family wedding. Service was great. Our apartment suite was clean and spacious. This is the best room if you are travelling with family. Nice location, close to highways. Nice breakfast. Great and good communication by the staff. I will highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again anytime we are in town.
GREAT value with multi-night stay discount! Very nice, quick breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Great TV. Great free internet. Nice indoor pool, and even guest washer and drier. Did I mention equipped fitness room? What more could you ask? Well.... room on the 1st floor was very annoyingly noisy from just people walking, etc. in the room above. Not a peep from adjoining rooms. We were there 2 weeks.
Always clean rooms and friendly staff. They just redid the hotel a few years ago and everything is absolutely immaculate! I've never had an issue at this hotel, and I've stayed here for holiday parties going on four years now.
