I ordered the New York Style Pizza and it was awful. Not only wasn't it crisp and cheesy it was so greasy that it literally soaked through the box. It was luke warm and awful. It wasn't cheap either! All in all a terrible and expensive failure.
This Dominos is great. The delivery employees are always nice. App is very easy to use. Love that it gives me a status on my order. Love that you can also earn free pizzas because I need it.
I order from these guys all the time, they're great. They even called me tonight because I stupidly hit no cheese on my order and they wanted to check. That's nothing short of awesome.
Me and my 3 friends just received the greatest service from 2 amazing people; Chris and Eric. We are are so thankful for the way they complied with us on our orders. We did experience a couple issues throughout the process and they did nothing but assist us. These two men couldn’t have helped us any more then they did, and they truly put all their effort in their job. DOMINO’S give these people a raise because these are the people that keep your business running smoothly. And then email me once you do so!
Wow. These guys are bad. Ordered at 8:48pm on a Sunday night (June 18). Did not receive order until 10:09pm. When I ordered I was told approximately 20-30 minutes, in writing. 80 minutes is 2.5 times the long promise! Forty minutes I understand, perhaps, but 80 minutes with out any communication?my Trackert was out of the oven over an hour before. Needless to say it wasn't hot or fresh. Give me a coupon for next time? Heck, make it free this time? Cool, but changes nothing. Time is the one thing I can't replace or get more. Avoid this place!
